How do you get people to actually pay attention to food allergies? For this conceptual Food Allergy Research & Education (FARE) campaign, I leaned into a bolder hook. I used Photoshop to design a 14′ x 48′ billboard that pairs the question “ARE YOU SHOOTING UP?” with an epinephrine auto-injector. The goal was simple: use a direct, visual-first strategy to take the reality that 1 in 10 Americans manage food allergies every day and turn it into a graphic that sparks real conversation.
